UGLY MODELS

Care ChiropracticThere are a lot of ugly models, but how can it be? Ugly, and still a model. It takes a lot more than a pretty face to be a model.  Mostly it’s about a transference of feelings and it’s done through posture and movement.  The best models see chiropractors to work on their posture and look better.

I’ve been watching a show called “America’s Next Top Model” on television and have noticed how hard models work to learn their art.  I’ve also been made aware of how plain looking, ordinary and in some cases how ugly many models are.

Still, how can it be?  Can you really be an ugly model?  The answer is surprisingly yes.  The reason is, because people who sell fashion and other products understand that the purpose of a model is to transfer a feeling. The feeling could be; confident, hip, sexy, relaxed, poised, energized, young, or vibrant.  They can all communicate these emotions and they do it with their bodies, not their faces.

Professional models spend a great deal of time perfecting their stance, walk, and movements.  They’ll do anything and everything to create a specific impression.  “America’s Next Top Model” shows just how hard it is to bring this image together.  Top models make it look easy, but it’s incredibly difficult to develop the perfect stance and walk.  It’s a long hard tedious process, but when it all comes together these postures and movements make the general public look, and that’s the idea.  Their posture is pleasing to the eye.  They light up rooms when they walk in.  People take notice.  Their emotions are communicated through each movement, and in the end they cause cash registers in the best designer boutiques to ring.

Chiropractors are posture specialists and it’s no wonder that famous performers, athletes, and top models see doctors of chiropractic.  People like; Katherine Kelly Lang, Sylvester Stallone, Denzel Washington, Whitney Houston, Alec Baldwin, Richard Gere, Demi Moore, Steven Segal, Cher, Robin Wright, Liza Minnelli, Van Halen, Charles Barkley, Joe Montana, Dan Marino, and Tiger Woods all see chiropractors.  These are not sick people.  These are people who just want to maximize the impression they make on others and know that chiropractic will help them make a dynamic impression.

Maybe you don’t have a face that’s classically beautiful, but you can still make a wonderful impression if you stand and move well.  See a doctor of chiropractic and ask for a “postural analysis”.    Have him or her check how you stand, walk, and sit.  Often times a suggestion from a postural specialist can make an amazing difference in how the world treats you.  If necessary, gentle “adjustments” can be made to your spine that will help with posture, your nervous system, and your overall health.  You will look and feel better.

Having a pretty face is not nearly as important as how you hold and carry yourself.  Maximize your potential and every aspect of your life with chiropractic.
